Extended warranty +1 year for selected appliances

The legal warranty period for products is 24 months. Now you can easily extend it by another 1 year and get up to 36 months of carefree use. This way you avoid any increased repair costs in the event of a malfunction after the end of the legal warranty.

Advantages of the extended warranty

• Covers the same malfunctions as the legal warranty

• Free repair or replacement of the damaged product

• Repairing time and service or technician visit included

• Extension of security and comfort without additional worries

However, there is no right to replace the product in the event of repeated repairs or other specific situations. The customer acknowledges these facts and agrees to these terms.

Which appliances does it apply to?

You can purchase an extended warranty +1 year when purchasing new appliances purchased from the www.orava.eu e-shop. It applies to the following product categories:

• Refrigerators

• Freezers

• Microwave ovens

• Vacuum cleaners

Extended warranty conditions:

By purchasing an extended warranty, the customer is entitled to:

• free replacement or repair of the product,

• work by a service technician

• a visit by a contracted service technician.

However, there is no right to replace the product in the event of repeated repairs or other specific situations. The customer acknowledges these facts and agrees to these conditions.

Information

The extended warranty +1 year cannot be applied in the event of normal wear and tear of the product or its parts (e.g. filters, natural changes in the colour of plastics, etc.).

The condition for the validity of the extended warranty is the registration of the purchased product on the website: https://ps.orava.eu ithin 14 days from the date of purchase.
