Rules of the loyalty program in the e-shop

 

The rules of the loyalty program in the e-shop (hereinafter referred to as the "Rules") were issued by the company ORAVA distribution, a.s. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), with registered office at Bohrová 20 Bratislava 5 851 01

 

These Rules apply to the operation of the loyalty program (hereinafter referred to as the "Program") exclusively within the e-shop and for its registered members (hereinafter referred to as "Members") whose registration took place on the website www.orava.eu. The Rules are governed by the relevant legal provisions regulations valid in the territory of the Slovak Republic, and form the content of the contractual relationship between the company and the Member, i.e. the holder of the customer account (hereinafter referred to as the Account). The Rules enter into force on 05/27/2021. Under the conditions and to the extent specified in the Rules and/or other information materials about the Program, the Company, in cooperation with business partners, gives its customers who are Account holders a proposal to conclude a contract, the content of which is to provide them with the forms of turnover in-kind rebate (hereinafter referred to as "benefits").

Registration to the Program

Only a person who has reached the age of 18 can register for the Program. Signing up to the Program and creating an Account can only be done electronically at www.orava.eu. There is an irrefutable presumption that the person who registered for the Program also agreed to the Rules. A properly completed application is considered to be one in which the following information is truthfully stated: first name, last name, residential address (including zip code), date of birth, telephone number and e-mail address, and in which the applicant confirms agreement with the rules of the Program by ticking the appropriate box.

 

How does it work?

1. Register directly at www.orava.eu

2. For every one euro of purchase in our e-shop, you get 1 point.

3. Each point is worth 5 cents. You can reduce the amount of your order at any time by the accumulated points.

4. After applying the discount during the purchase, you will be deducted the corresponding points.

5. The remaining points remain on your loyalty card.

6. You can check the status of your credit, i.e. the number of accumulated points, at any time on your profile.

 

Applying points when ordering

The credit that the Member receives for each purchase cannot be paid out in cash, as it does not represent means of payment. Credit or collected points cannot be transferred to another person. In case the value of collected points will be higher than the value order, points are applied only up to the value of the order.

 

The duration of the Member's participation in the Program

Registration in the Program is carried out for an indefinite period of time, until written appeal by the Member.

Changes to the rules

The company is entitled to unilaterally change the rules, as well as the informational materials of the Program, determining e.g. rules and the value of the benefits provided. The Company is obliged to inform the Member about this decision through the publication of the current rules or information materials of the Company about the Program or in another way. Making a purchase and/or applying accumulated points after notification of these changes or failure to deliver the Member's notice within 30 days from the date of notification of the changes is considered a Member with such changes.

Sending information and marketing actions by e-mail

The Company is obliged to inform the Member about any changes related to the Program and the Account. By registering for the Program, the Member consents to the processing of personal data for the purpose of marketing related to the Program and sending information about benefits and promotions via e-mail in the form of a newsletter. Emails are sent to the last known email address provided by the Member. The Member can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time by clicking on the appropriate box. Any changes to personal data can be made by the Member directly on his profile. Personal data By filling in the data during registration and checking the relevant box, the Company Member gives, in accordance with the provisions of Act no. 18/2018 Coll. on the protection of personal data and on the amendment of certain laws (hereinafter referred to as the "Act on the Protection of Personal Data"), his consent to the collection and processing of his personal data in the scope of name, surname, correspondence address, e-mail address and telephone contact during the entire period of stay A member of the Program for the purposes of their use for the Company's marketing purposes, until the time of his written statement of disagreement with this processing, sent to the address ORAVA distribution, a.s. In this case, written expression of disagreement is also considered to be in electronic form, especially via the e-mail designated for this purpose on the www.orava.eu website. The member has the right to access his personal data and the right to correct it through the registration form, including the right to request an explanation and removal of unsatisfactory status and other legal rights to this data. The Company is entitled to use the Member's personal data for business and marketing purposes, only on the condition that the Member has given his consent. The member has the right to withdraw his consent at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent prior to its withdrawal. Personal data will be deleted immediately after withdrawal of consent. By completing the registration, the member undertakes to notify without undue delay any change to the processed personal data. Provision of personal data is voluntary.
