Hot air fryers make it possible to combine the taste of fried foods and limit their harmful effects, to use only a minimal amount of oil, or even no oil, to prepare food. The food is thus less greasy and contains less fat compared to traditional roasting. Despite the minimal amount of oil used, the hot air fryer can create a crispy texture on the surface of the food, just like with classic fried foods.
