-Water powered clock
-Staying power few weeks
-Staying power without water approx. 5 min.
Are you looking for a way to save the environment, or would you just like to have an ECO home? Water-powered clocks are at least an interesting variegation. In addition, they save you money on batteries or electricity, so why not try them. All they need is water. The duration of hours per fill varies from water composition from a few weeks to months. Electrolysis generates an electrical voltage that is sufficient to power the clock. When the water is changed, the clock will last about 5 minutes without water. If your water is poor in minerals, you can help with salt. Add two pinches of salt to the water container and your operating time should increase. Over time, the electrodes can be deposited, and running time will be reduced, then 4 tablespoons of kitchen vinegar should be added to the water container and left for 12 hours. The vinegar will dissolve the deposits and the clock will be like new.
