Operating pressure

The ES-300 coffee machine has a pressure of 15 bar - it can conjure a golden creamy foam for espresso, which gives it a rich taste and a captivating aroma.

Ground coffee lever

Ground coffee must be sufficiently pressed. A tool resembling a big stamp is used for this - called a tamper. It is important that the coffee is pressed evenly - that the water flows just as fast over the entire surface of the coffee.
