Customer service

Warranty card and purchase documents are authentic consumer evidence within the meaning of the Civil Code. If the product´s disorder occurs during the warranty period, the claim will be prooved only if the product is in the original packaging along with these documents.

The product is guaranteed for 24 months from the date of receipt of the product by the buyer.

The warranty period, if the failure prevented the use of the product is extended by the period during which the user has made a claim for warranty service by the date specified in the assumption of the product service. The document is a copy of the letter of amendment.

Warranty repairs are recognized only to manufacturing defects, not for errors caused by improper use, poor alignment and maintenance and does not cover normal wear things, especially batteries.

The central service center is equipped with the necessary instrumentation, a stock of spare parts, qualified and experienced staff, creating a precondition for carrying out the necessary repairs and quality without undue delay. After the warranty period, the product can be sent to our central center, where a team of specialists will examine the product and post-warranty repairs will be done to it to your satisfaction to use the product as long as possible.
